We have worked on a large number enforcement cases in various locations across the country over the years. Some of these include:

• Enforcement Notice in respect of the residential use of a barn quashed at appeal and a full Award of Costs to the client achieved
• Enforcement Notice Appeal against the residential occupation of land and buildings quashed following a Public Inquiry
• Planning permission granted and enforcement notice withdrawn for the continued occupation of a building as a dwelling
