We are a company of Chartered Town Planners and Economic Regeneration professionals providing advice and expertise across the entire range of planning, development and regeneration services to the Development Industry, the Public and Voluntary sectors, businesses and individuals.
Current work in hand ranges from acting as lead consultants on large scale town and city centre redevelopments to supporting householders with domestic scale projects.
Our company has gradually grown and developed since its formation in 2003. We have been increasingly able to take on new clients and enter into longer term contracts, however, as a small team we can continue to ensure that the needs of our customers remain at the forefront of our daily work.
By working closely with an extensive multi-disciplinary network of other professionals who can be assembled as required for various projects and assignments, we can bring in appropriate sustainability, environmental, legal, architectural, valuation and engineering services as required to provide an integrated development team approach. Equally we are comfortable supporting other teams with our specialist skills.
In 2003 Clive Miller fulfilled a long-held ambition to set up this company. Based in the market town of Langport in Somerset, the company works for an extensive range of public, voluntary and private sector clients across the Southern part of the country.
Since its inception the Company has grown steadily. Now in 2010 there are five of us: all qualified Town Planners able to provide consultancy advice, expert witness and short term contract services for every aspect of the Planning and Development System, including promotion of proposals through the Local Development Framework Process. We also have considerable skills and experience in Economic Regeneration, Project, Strategic and Change Management.
